When will my order be sent?
Orders received by 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day! Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders. Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and
2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.

How to
Twist the dial to shave off a small amount of balm. Massage onto dry skin to dissolve makeup and impurities. Add water to emulsify, then wipe away with your esmi mitt or warm water for a fresh, clean finish.

How Often
You can incorporate our Cleansing Butter Balm into your routine as often as your skin needs! We recommend adding our cleanser into your AM & PM cleansing routine for optimal results. It's particularly beneficial if you are wearing full coverage makeup, sunscreen or are a dry skin type. If you don't wear heavy products daily, you may not need to use the Cleansing Butter Balm every day but you'll certainly want too!

Hyaluronic Acid
Wide spectrum and triple action. Holds 1000x it weight in water for complete skin hydration and improvement in fine lines and wrinkles for hydration and skin plumping.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)
Improves the appearance of large pores and uneven skin tone for skin restoration and maintenance. Great for skin restoring and repairing problematic skin.

Yes, it does have a delicious baked goods scent, subtle salted caramel and vanilla. It is a synthetic fragrance that is still gentle enough for use on sensitive skin.
Yes, you can use the Cleansing Butter Balm daily, especially as part of your double cleansing routine. It's particularly beneficial if you are wearing full coverage makeup, sunscreen or are a dry skin type. If you don't wear heavy products daily, you may not need to use the Cleansing Butter Balm daily, but you'll certainly want too!
Approximately 40 twists. Depending on the frequency of use, and how heavy handed the customer is this should last approximately 2 months or more.
Yes! Please throw those makeup wipes away. This is a gentle, non-stripping cleansing alternative and won’t disrupt your skin barrier like lots of makeup wipes can. Plus is kinder to the environment.
Cleansing Balm doesn't have a measurable pH as its an oil-based product - pH refers specifically to the acidity or alkalinity of water-based solutions. This cleansing balm is gentle and non-stripping, supporting the skin barrier.
The Cleansing Butter Balm is designed to be the perfect first cleanse to melt away makeup, SPF and impurities from the skin. This can be used as part of your daily cleansing routine, or on days when you may be wearing more makeup.
Whilst this is a gentle, oil-based cleansing balm option to assist with cleansing the skin and removing makeup, if they do not wear full coverage foundation, I would suggest sticking with something slightly more lightweight on their delicate skin i.e. Probiotic Skin Mylck Cleanser would be sufficient for their daily cleanse. However the Cleansing Butter Balm has been dermatologically tested and is suitable for sensitive skin.
The Cleansing Butter Balm is vegan & cruelty free. However, it is not 100% natural.
Hyaluronic Acid & Niacinamide is applied at 0.05% in formula (as it is a wash off product they are not a higher % - more so sprinkled in for marketing call outs rather than efficacy etc).
